Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase from The Happy Melt Co, please see the below Returns Policy or contact us via our Get in Touch form. 
Returns

Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
 
For your items to be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that your order was received, with all original packaging and any extra items included, eg - free samples/gifts.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
 
All returns are subject to inspection and we will notify you via email once we have received your returned item, and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
 
If approved, your refund will be processed to your method of original payment.
 
Only full priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items unfortunately are not subject to refunds.
 
Exchange
 
We will replace items if they are damaged, please notify us right away if this is the case. Items will only be exchanged for the same item originally purchased.
 
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return any items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds/exchanges to be processed.
