All orders from The Happy Melt Co are posted out using Royal Mail. Due to the current situation in the UK, Royal Mail are understandably experiencing some delays to their services, so please expect the possibility of delays when placing your order.

Your order will be packed at Happy Melt HQ within 1-3 working days of receiving your order & then posted via Royal Mail, using their Second Class Service.
Royal Mails' guidelines for second class mail is 2-3 working days, but please expect possible delays of up to 2 weeks during the current Covid-19 situation.

Free Local Delivery
Please only select this option if you are based in Sandbach, Cheshire. If you are based outside of the Sandbach area, you will be contacted & your order refunded in full.
Local deliveries are available Monday- Friday & you will receive a dispatch email once your order is ready to be delivered.
You will receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been posted, if this does not arrive within your inbox, please check your junk/spam as it may go into there.
